新型直线电机驱动的电钉枪设计及试验
Design And Experimental Study of a New Type of Nail Gun Driven by Linear Motor
【摘要】 针对目前市场上电钉枪普遍存在推力小、打钉过程中容易出现冒钉、斜钉现象,以及操作体验感较差的问题,提出了一种新型电钉枪的设计方案。新型电钉枪主要由三音圈直线电机、连杆组件、导向装置、控制组件、钉夹等组成,以三音圈直线电机作为驱动单元,双导柱机构作为导向单元;同时提出了全新的结构布局,增强了电钉枪的握持舒适性;利用Maxwell软件对三音圈直线电机的电磁力进行分析计算,得出最大推力约为150 N,为实验验证提供理论支撑;同时对连杆进行静强度分析,得出连杆的最佳运行角度为30°以内较安全可靠。通过机械结构设计以及零部件的安装调试后,对搭建的电钉枪进行测试,与市场上普通电磁铁式电钉枪相比,新型电钉枪最大速度约为21 m/s,提高了约40%,最大推力约为153.85 N,提高了约1.1倍,与仿真计算结果基本一致。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of small thrust force, the phenomenon of spiking and inclined spiking in the process of spiking, and poor operation experience, a new design scheme of electric spiking gun is put forward. The new nail gun is mainly composed of three voice coil linear motors, the connecting rod assembly, a guide device, the control component anda nail clip, with three voice coil linear motors as the drive unit, a double guide column mechanism as the guide unit.In addition, a new structure layout is proposed to enhance the holding comfort of the electric nail gun. Maxwell software is used to analyze and calculate the electromagnetic force of the three-voice coil linear motors, and the maximum thrust is about 150 N, which provides theoretical support for experimental verification. The static strength analysis of the connecting rod shows that the best running angle of the connecting rod is less than 30°, which is safe and reliable. After the mechanical structure design and parts installation and debugging, the electric nail gun is tested. Compared with a typical commercial electromagnet electric nail gun, the maximum speed of the new electric nail gun is about 21 m/s, which is approximately 40% higher.The maximum thrust is about 153.85 N, increasing about 1.1 times, which is basically consistent with the simulation results.
