网壳结构安全性检测鉴定技术研究

【摘要】 网壳结构由于形式多样性,在屋顶结构设计过程中被广泛应用,但网壳结构的受力状态复杂且钢构件暴露在自然环境下易受损,导致构件承载能力降低,进而引起整体结构的破坏,因此,对网壳结构的安全性鉴定尤为重要。基于某体育馆网壳屋顶的安全性鉴定工程,从现场检测技术和建模计算手段两方面进行网壳结构检测鉴定关键点技术研究。结果表明:在现场检测过程中,要着重检查长期受风、雪、雨等外界自然力影响明显的杆件及屋面;在模型计算中,网壳中局部悬挑的杆件位移受作用力影响明显,且成为网壳杆件轴力控制的关键位置。

【Abstract】 Reticulated shell structure is widely used in roof structure design due to its diversity of forms.However, the stress state of the reticulated shell structure is complex and the steel members are easily damaged when exposed to the natural environment, which reduces the bearing capacity of the components and causes the overall The destruction of the structure, therefore, the safety identification of the reticulated shell structure is particularly important. Based on the safety appraisal project of the reticulated shell roof of a gymnasium, the key points of the reticulated shell structure detection and identification technology were studied from the aspects of on-site detection technology and modeling calculation methods. The results show that: in the process of on-site inspection, it is necessary to focus on the inspection of rods and roofs that are significantly affected by external natural forces such as wind, snow and rain for a long time; in the model calculation, the displacement of the partially cantilevered rods in the reticulated shell is significantly affected by the acting force. And become the key position of the axial force control of the reticulated shell rod.
