科学软件可持续性研究与实践进展综述
A Review of Research and Practices on the Sustainability of Scientific Software
【摘要】 对科学软件可持续性研究和实践进展进行全面系统的梳理,有利于深入了解科学软件学术价值、明晰研究整体现状。论文首先利用检索词精确检索和滚雪球法全面收集相关文献,然后构建排除和纳入标准筛选文献,最后对纳入文献进行数据抽取与综合分析。研究发现,科学软件被广泛应用于科学研究且发挥着重要作用,其科学影响力评价主要从使用、提及、引用、复用、下载、扩散等维度进行;科学软件可持续性影响因素主要涉及科学软件质量、使用者、社会环境和技术平台等因素;组织机构主要通过提高科学软件质量、规范科学软件使用、增加资源与激励、加大技术平台支持等措施来提高科学软件持续性。
【Abstract】 A systematic review of research and practices on the sustainability of scientific software will provide a fuller understanding of the academic value of scientific software, and reveal a more complete and detailed landscape of research and practices on the sustainability of scientific software. Firstly, this paper uses keyword search and literature snowballing methods to collect initial documents, then constructs exclusion and inclusion criteria to select relevant documents, and finally conducts data extraction and comprehensive analysis of the selected literature. Scientific software is widely used in research and plays an important role in many studies, and the scientific impact evaluation of scientific software is mainly carried out from the dimensions of use, mention, citation, reuse, download, and diffusion; the factors that influence the sustainability of scientific software mainly involve software quality, users, social environment and technical platform;some organizations try to improve the sustainability of scientific software by improving the quality of scientific software,standardizing the use of scientific software, increasing resources and incentives, and increasing technical support.
