【Abstract】 To fully grasp the military physical training effect of military cadets and continuously improve the training level,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the current situation of training evaluation of military cadets in the United States,Russia,Canada and the United Kingdom,and summarizes the development process of training evaluation of military cadets in China.Then,it focuses on the comparison and analysis of the setting of the training,assessment and evaluation items of military cadets in China,the United States and Russia with the method of data comparative analysis,and analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of military sports training of military cadets in China.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the military physical training evaluation of military cadets in China from three aspects:designing training items close to actual combat needs,formulating the training contents according to the training outline,and learning the training methods of the world’s strong enemies.更多还原
