基于ANSYS的垃圾压块机自卸箱铰链轴的分析
Analysis of Hinge Shaft of Dump Box of Garbage Block Press Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 箱体作为地埋式垃圾压块机的基本零部件之一,其性能优劣决定了整个设备是否能安全、稳定运行。通过对地埋式垃圾压块机的研究,设计出一种自卸箱体装置,利用Solid works三维绘图软件对装置的铰链轴建立出所需模型,应用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对设计的箱体铰链轴进行静力学分析,确保其满足强度、刚度以及稳定性要求。
【Abstract】 As one of the basic parts of buried garbage block press,the performance of the box determines whether the whole equipment can operate safely and stably. Through the study of buried garbage block press,a dump box body device is designed,and the required model is established by using Solid works 3D drawing software. The static analysis of the designed box hinge shaft is carried out by ANSYS Workbench simulation software to ensure that it meets the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability.
