钢管冻土组合结构受弯力学特性数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation on Flexural Mechanical Properties of Steel Tube-Frozen Soil Composite Structure
【摘要】 为分析钢管冻土组合结构的受弯过程特点,依托室内试验的研究成果,利用ANSYS软件分析钢管冻土组合结构受弯过程中的承载力变化规律。研究结果表明:1)冻土结构底部布置钢管后形成钢管冻土组合结构的极限承载力较常规无钢管冻土结构可提高52.6%,荷载作用下组合结构截面应力分布呈“分层”现象,其应力计算过程仍满足梁的平截面假定; 2)当冻土与钢管之间的剪切应力超过其抗剪强度时,钢管与冻土会发生滑移,但钢管和冻土各自独立承载仍可发挥组合结构的承载能力; 3)钢管直径和壁厚的增加,可以提高钢管冻土组合结构的极限承载力;布置在结构截面底部的钢管对提升组合结构的承载力效果明显,其极限承载力较钢管位于截面中心或者顶部位置时提高约30%。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the characteristics of steel tube-frozen soil composite structure in bending process, based on the research results of laboratory test, the variation law of bearing capacity of steel tube-frozen soil composite structure is analyzed with ANSYS software. The conclusions obtained in the study are as follows:( 1) The ultimate bearing capacity of steel tube-frozen soil composite structure can be increased by 52.6% when steel tube is arranged at the bottom of frozen soil structure;the stress distribution on composite structure section under load shows "stratification" phenomenon, and the stress calculation process satisfies the assumption of beam flat section.(2)When the shear stress between the steel tube and frozen soil exceeds its shear strength, the steel tube and frozen soil will slip, but the independent bearing capacity of the steel tube and frozen soil can still exert the bearing capacity of the composite structure.(3)The increase of the steel tube diameter and wall thickness can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite structure;the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel tube arranged at the bottom of the structural section can obviously improve the bearing capacity of the composite structure, and its ultimate bearing capacity is about 30% higher than that of the steel tube located at the center or top of the section.
