江苏省主要葫芦科作物病毒种类及分布
Variety and distribution of major viruses infecting Cucurbitaceae crops in Jiangsu province
【摘要】 葫芦科作物在江苏省蔬菜作物生产中具有重要的地位。为明确江苏省葫芦科作物上主要病毒的种类和分布,本研究于2019年6月-2020年11月在江苏省内7个地区的7种葫芦科作物上共采集了693份样品,采用分子生物学方法对样品进行了检测鉴定。结果共检出9种病毒,以马铃薯Y病毒属病毒最为常见,其中小西葫芦黄花叶病毒(ZYMV)在各地区的检出率最高,在各个物种中的检出率也较高。检测结果还显示,在各个地区的各种作物上普遍存在复合侵染现象,复合侵染中病毒种类最多达4种,ZYMV和西瓜花叶病毒(WMV)的复合侵染率最高。本研究结果有助于了解江苏省内葫芦科作物病毒病的发生情况,为有效预防和控制病毒病害的发生和传播提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Cucurbitaceae crops play an important role in the production of vegetables in Jiangsu province. To identify the types and distribution of major viruses on Cucurbitaceae crops, 693 samples were collected from seven species of Cucurbitaceae crops in seven locations in Jiangsu province from June 2019 to November 2020. The samples were detected and identified by molecular biological methods. The results showed that a total of nine kinds of viruses were detected, and viruses from Potyvirus were common. The detection rate of zucchini yellow mosaic virus(ZYMV) was the highest in all regions and was high in all species. The results also showed that mixed virus infections were prevalent in different Cucurbitaceae crops of different locations, and up to four viruses were found in mixed infections in the tested samples, among which ZYMV and watermelon mosaic virus(WMV) co-infection showed the highest frequency. The results can help to understand the occurrence of virus diseases in Cucurbitaceae crops in Jiangsu province and provide a theoretical basis for effective prevention and control of viral diseases propagation.
