高硫尾矿制备复合掺合料及对混凝土性能的影响
Preparation of Composite Admixture from High-sulfur Tailings and its Effect on Concrete Properties
【摘要】 通过机械研磨、添加激发剂和化学改性剂,对高硫尾矿进行活性激发并改性,使用高硫尾矿与矿粉协同作用制备复合掺合料,并用于C30混凝土的制备,研究高硫尾矿对混凝土工作性能、物理力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明,当高硫尾矿粉用量不高于胶凝材料总用量的30%时,可以有效改善混凝土的工作性能;混凝土28 d抗压强度随高硫尾矿粉用量的增加而降低,但均可达到同等用量粉煤灰-矿粉组强度,且混凝土长龄期抗压强度仍稳定增长;由高硫尾矿粉制备而成的混凝土具有良好的耐久性能(抗氯离子渗透性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能、抗冻性能)。
【Abstract】 High sulfur tailings were modified by mechanical grinding,adding activator and chemical modifier,and the compound admixture was prepared by the synergistic action of modified high sulfur tailings and mineral powder,and used in the preparation of C30 concrete. The influence of high sulfur tailings on the working performance,physical and mechanical properties and durability of concrete was studied. The results show that the working performance of concrete can be improved effectively when the content of high sulfur tailings powder is less than 30% of the cementing material. The 28 d compressive strength of concrete slightly decreases with the increase of the content of modified high sulfur tailings powder,but all of them can reach the strength of mineral powder-fly ash group with the same dosage. The compressive strength of concrete still increases steadily in the long age. Concrete made from high sulfur tailings powder has good durability(chloride ion permeability resistance,sulfate resistance and frost resistance).
