基于产品参数基元网络的变更传播路径优化

【摘要】 由于设计参数之间的复杂关联性,产品开发过程中变更传播难以避免。为降低变更传播带来的开发成本增加、开发周期延长等风险,提出基于产品参数基元网络的变更传播路径优化方法。在参数关联关系与变更传播模式分析的基础上,结合可拓基元理论对设计参数进行形式化表示,并构建产品参数基元网络模型取代传统的模块或零部件关联网络模型;分析变更影响传播特性,研究变更代价评估模型;设计了基于时序差分的变更传播路径优化算法,高效搜索获取最优的变更传播方案。最后,以汽车离合器为案例,验证所提方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Due to the complex correlation between design parameters, it is difficult to avoid the propagation of changes in the product development process. To reduce the risks of increased development costs and prolonged development cycles caused by the propagation of changes, an optimization method for the propagation path of changes based on the product parameter basic-element network was proposed. Based on the analysis of parameter association relationship and change propagation mode, combined with basic-element theory, the design parameters was formally expressed, and a product parameter basic-element network model was constructed to replace the traditional module or component correlation network model. The characteristics of change impact propagation was analyzed and the change cost evaluation model was studied. A change propagation path optimization algorithm based on timing difference was designed to search and obtain the optimal change propagation scheme efficiently. An automobile clutch was used as a case to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
