高校创新创业教育生态场域构建探析
Construction of Ecological Field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 在布尔迪厄“场域”概念基础上演绎而成的生态场域理论,强调多重场域因素多元共存、优势互补和协同发展,将其向高校创新创业教育中的话语转换,可以为构建创新创业教育“生态场域”提供一个新的思考维度,为破解当前国内创新创业教育中的失序问题提供新的应对之策。认真分析当前中国的生态场域,中国高校创新创业教育生态场域已呈现为要素齐备的网络构型、多元融合发展态势和“三维”延伸拓展等发展态势。在此基础上,按照生态场域理论完善高校创新创业教育体制机制的顶层设计,以生态场域视角搭建开放协同的创新创业教育平台,运用生态场域思维推进高校创新创业教育融合发展,构建高校创新创业教育“生态场域”,为推进创新创业教育、加快推进创新型国家建设奠定坚实基础。
【Abstract】 Based on Bourdieu’s concept of "field", the ecological field theory emphasizes the coexistence, complementary advantages and collaborative development of multiple field factors. When converted into the discourse of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, it provides a new thinking dimension for constructing the "ecological field" of innovation and entrepreneurship education and a new solution to the current domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education disorder. After a careful analysis of the current ecological field in China, the ecological field of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China has presented a development trend of network architecture with complete elements, diversified integrated development and "three-dimensional" extension and expansion. On this basis, the top-level design of university innovation and entrepreneurship education system and mechanism should be improved according to ecological field theory; an open and collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education platform should be built from the perspective of ecological field; and the integrated development of university innovation and entrepreneurship education should be promoted by ecological field thinking, so as to construct the "ecological field" of university innovation and entrepreneurship education and lay a solid foundation for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education and accelerating the building of an innovative country.
