回归以心理学为基础来构建高等教育学
Returning to Psychology-oriented Higher Education System
【摘要】 在高等教育学创建之初,潘懋元先生即倡导心理学的基础性,其思想体现在高等教育的两个基本特征论、内外部关系规律论等重要原创理论当中,亦曾在教材编写、理论研究和人才培养实践中贯彻其心理学的基础观。然高等教育学历经40余年发展,这条心理学基础性的路径逐渐被忽视,导致高等教育学研究偏向宏观化、趋于经验化,偏离了“人学”本体。高等教育学若要回归“人学”之本体,保持理论性、人本化、专业化的应然面貌,回归以心理学为基础的发展路径不失为一种科学的选择。基于此,借鉴普通教育学的成功经验,接受现代心理学的理论滋养,重回“人学”本体、重拾“内因”决定论、重返“微观”起点,以大学生的身心规律为起跑线,构建以“对象论-主体论-教学论-大学论-系统论-元研究”为推进路线的高等教育学新体系。
【Abstract】 At the beginning of the establishment of higher education, Mr. Pan Maoyuan advocated and stressed the foundation of psychology. His thoughts were embodied in the two basic characteristics theory of higher education, the theory of the laws of internal and external relations, and other important original theories. He also carried out his basic view of psychology in textbook compilation, theoretical research and talent cultivation practice. However, after more than 40 years’ development of higher education, this basic psychological path has been gradually ignored, which leads to the gradual deviation of higher education towards macro research and empirical pattern. Higher education regards the imitation of general pedagogy as "original sin", and gradually deviates from the track of "human science". If higher education wants to maintain its theoretical, humanistic and specialized features, it can return to the construction path starting from psychology. By learning from the successful experience of general education, accepting the theoretical nourishment of modern psychology, returning to the track of "human learning", regaining the "internal cause" decision-making, resuming the "micro" starting point, and taking the law of body and mind development of college students as the starting line, it may construct a new higher education system following the "right" path penetrated by the object theory, subject theory, teaching theory, university theory, system theory as well as meta research.
