【摘要】 在地国际化已成为后疫情时代中国高等教育国际化政策与实践的主流话语之一，目前中国高校对在地国际化概念及其实现路径的理解需要进一步深化，以避免概念泛化的“危险”。由于在地国际化的“再提出”缘起于欧洲地区，并在欧洲地区得到广泛回应，因此文章结合欧洲地区高等教育一体化进程，从“欧洲视角”一窥在地国际化的概念演进、价值指向及要素条件。这将为中国高校在后疫情时代进一步完善国际化发展的政策设置、制度安排和资源配置提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internationalization at Home(IAH) has become one of the mainstream discourses of China’s higher education internationalization policy and practice in the post-epidemic era. However, Universities in China need to deepen their understanding of the concept and practice of IAH to avoid falling into the "danger" of the generalization of IAH concepts. Since the "re-promotion" of IAH originated in Europe and has been widely responded to in Europe, it is necessary to get a glimpse of the conceptual evolution, value orientation and element conditions of IAH from the "European perspective" by investigating into the process of higher education integration in Europe. This will provide a reference for Chinese universities to further improve the policy settings, institutional arrangements and resource allocation in their internationalization in the post-epidemic era.更多还原
