【摘要】 特色小镇是国家在新时期、新发展阶段的创新探索。为了定量掌握特色小镇在生活质量、生态环境、公共服务等方面的发展现状及变化，围绕江苏省特色小镇空间格局监测，考虑生产、生活、生态3个方面，在多源时空数据的支撑下，构建并实现了兼顾共性与个性、涵盖三级的监测指标体系。综合运用地理空间分析方法，选取了10个特色小镇对指标体系进行验证，并与省发改委的考核结果进行交叉验证，最终排名与省发改委考核结果一致，证明了指标体系的有效性。研究成果可从空间动态监测角度为规范推进特色小镇管理决策提供技术支撑，也可为其它省份特色小镇建设提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Characteristic town is the innovative exploration of the country in the new era and new development stage. In order to quantitatively grasp the development status and changes of characteristic towns in terms of quality of life, ecological environment and public services, focusing on the spatial pattern monitoring of characteristic towns in Jiangsu province, considering the three aspects of production, life and ecology, and supported by multi-source spatio-temporal data, a three-level monitoring index system considering commonness and individuality is constructed and realized. Comprehensively using the geospatial analysis method, ten characteristic towns are selected to verify the index system, and cross verified with the assessment results of the provincial development and reform commission. The final ranking is consistent with the assessment results of the provincial development and reform commission, which proves the effectiveness of the index system. The research results can provide technical support for standardizing and promoting the management decision-making of characteristic towns from the perspective of spatial dynamic monitoring, and can also provide reference for the construction of characteristic towns in other provinces.更多还原
