【摘要】 以《大学生学习拖延问卷》和《大学生学习拖延成因问卷》为依据,调查山东省地方本科院校395名大学生学习拖延现状及其影响因素。调查结果表明:地方本科院校约有37%大学生存在不同程度的学习拖延现象;大学生学习拖延性别差异显著,男生的学习拖延程度(3.005±0.616)高于女生(2.675±0.628);专业差异不显著;年级差异显著,表现为大一、大二的学生学习拖延现象最严重(2.955±0.556,2.865±0.715),其次为大四学生(2.745±0.681),大三学生的学习拖延程度较轻(2.606±0.569);在影响学习拖延的诸多因素中,主观因素(学习动机、学习策略、时间管理能力、情绪、自我效能感、完美主义倾向、懒惰)的影响最大。针对地方本科院校大学生学习拖延状况,从学校、教育者、大学生自身等方面提出改进建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Academic Procrastination Questionnaire for College Students and the Causes of Academic Procrastination Questionnaire for College Students were used to investigate the popularity and influence factors of academic procrastination among 395 local undergraduate students in Shandong province.The results show that there were about 37% undergraduates in Shandong province who have different academic procrastinations;Gender differences in academic procrastination among undergraduates were significant,and boys ’ academic procrastination(3.005 ± 0.616) was higher than that of girls(2.675 ± 0.628).Professional differences were not significant.Grade differences were significant,which was manifested as the most serious academic procrastination in the freshmen and sophomores(2.955 ± 0.556,2.865 ± 0.715),the second was senior students(2.745 ± 0.681),junior students had less academic procrastination(2.606 ± 0.569);Among the many factors that affect academic procrastination,the subjective factors(motivation to learning,learning strategies,time management,emotion,self-efficacy,the tendenty to be perfect,lazy) were the most important ones.In view of the situation of local undergraduate students’ academic procrastination,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement from schools,educators and students themselves.更多还原
