课程思政背景下高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人模式研究
Research on the Cooperative Education Model of University Counselors and Professional Course Teachers under the Background of Curriculum Ideology and Politics
【摘要】 课程思政伴随着新时代国家和社会发展的需要应运而生,是完善“三全育人”的重要抓手。辅导员与专业课教师作为课程思政的主要落实主体,搭建双方协同构架,可以实现三全育人形式内涵的丰富和教育资源的有效整合,形成育人合力,提升育人实效,为国家优质人才储备战略的百年大计强根固基。
【Abstract】 With the development of the country and society in the new era,Ideological and political theories teaching in all courses emerges as the times require.As the main implementers,Counselors and full-time teachers can build a framework of cooperation between the two sides,which can realize the enrichment of the form and connotation of the Three full-education system and the effective integration of educational resources,thus forming a joint force of education,improving the effectiveness of Education,and laying a solid foundation for the national strategy of high-quality talent reserve.
