【Abstract】 Microlecture has the characteristics of mobility,autonomy and individuation,which are suitable for continuing education students.It alleviates the contradiction between supply and learning,the pressure of the shortage in high-quality teachers.Due to more precise and targeted,it is widely used in academic continuing education.However,there are also some problems in the actual teaching process,such as the confusion among development,design and orientation,insufficiency of development resources,which restrict the application and development of micro-lessons.The design and development of micro-courses for academic continuing education should adhere to the principle of correct orientation and integrity,and rely on teaching support services to better serve learners and improve the quality of education.更多还原
