【摘要】 随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的不断深入,社会对文科人才的需求呈现出复合型、交叉性、多样化的特点,与此同时新文科建设对课程教学模式提出了新要求。统计学课程是经济管理类学生必修的专业基础课,旨在培养学生利用统计理论与方法解决现实经济管理问题的能力,因此,在新文科建设背景下,结合应用型文科人才5C核心素养培育目标,一方面,在CDIO工程教育模式的基础上进行混合式教学的课程创新设计与实践,最终形成"课程目标构思(Conceive)—教学内容设计(Design)—课程组织实施(Implement)—运行(Operate)—持续改进(Improve)"的实践闭环。另一方面,依托学习成果导向的OBE理念,创新学生学习效果量化与过程考核评价体系,并贯彻与指导统计学课程混合式教学全过程,推动实现学生学业增值、核心素养提高、职业胜任力提升。结果显示,基于CDIOI+OBE理念的混合式教学改革显著提升了统计学课程测评成绩,学生课程满意度明显提高,改革效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of a new round for scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,the social demand for liberal arts talents presents the characteristics of compound,cross and diversification.At the same time,the construction of new liberal arts puts forward new requirements for the curriculum teaching mode.Statistics is a compulsory professional basic course for economic management students,which aims to cultivate students’ ability to use statistical theories and methods for solving practical economic management problems.Therefore,under the background of new liberal arts construction and combine with the 5C core literacy cultivation goal of applied liberal arts talents,on the one hand,this paper carries out the innovative design and practice of mixed teaching on the basis of CDIO Engineering Education Mode,Finally,a practice closed loop of “Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate-improve” has been formed.On the other hand,relying on the learning achievement oriented OBE concept,this paper proposes the innovative quantification of students’ learning effect and process assessment system,which was applied the whole process of mixed teaching for Statistics course and can promote the realization of students’ academic value-added,core literacy and professional competence.The results show that the mixed teaching reform based on CDIOI + OBE concept has significantly improved the evaluation results of Statistics course and significantly improved students’ course satisfaction,the effect of curriculum reform is remarkable.更多还原
