基于层次分析和集对分析的高校实验室安全评价
Safety Evaluation of University Laboratories Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Set-Pair Analysis
【摘要】 实验室安全评价是实验室安全管理的重要手段,高校进行实验室安全评价能够对实验室危险源实施精准管理,掌握实验室安全管理的主动权,确保实验室安全稳定运行。根据高校实验室危险源的特点,构建实验室安全评价指标体系,运用层次分析法求出各层级指标权重,引入集对分析理论构建实验室安全评价模型,并对某应用型本科高校D学院的实验室安全进行实例验证,最后就高校实验室安全管理工作提出开展实验室及实验项目风险评估、加强实验室安全分类分级管理、搭建实验室综合信息化管理平台、积极开展实验室安全事故应急演练等建议。
【Abstract】 Laboratory safety evaluation is an important means of laboratory safety management. Universities can conduct laboratory safety evaluation to implement precise management of laboratory hazard sources, grasp the initiative of laboratory safety management and ensure the safe and stable operation of laboratories. According to the characteristics of hazard sources in university laboratories, the index system of laboratory safety evaluation is constructed, the index weights of each level are obtained by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the set-pair analysis theory is introduced to construct the laboratory safety evaluation model, and to validate an example of laboratory safety in College D, an application-oriented undergraduate university.Finally, some suggestions for laboratory safety management in universities are proposed, including conducting risk evaluation of laboratories and experimental projects, strengthening the classification and grading management of laboratory safety, building a comprehensive information management platform for laboratories, and actively carrying out emergency drills for laboratory safety accidents.
