【摘要】 目的：探讨2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者干针疗法治疗后其血清睾酮水平、阴茎血流的情况及临床治疗的安全性。方法：选取内分泌科治疗的60例2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(常规药物治疗联合干针疗法)和对照组(常规药物治疗)各30例，两组治疗时间均为16周。疗程结束后对患者的血清睾酮水平、阴茎背动脉血流量进行统计分析，记录两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患者治疗后血清睾酮水平升高，阴茎背动脉血流速度加快，其中研究组升高的血清睾酮水平及增加的阴茎背动脉血流速度显著大于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的临床治疗总有效率75.67%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在首次治疗后有33.33%的患者出现局部不适，对照组患者无明显不良反应。结论：在2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者的常规药物治疗基础上予以干针疗法，可以增加患者的血清睾酮水平及阴茎血流速度，提高总有效率，且安全可靠，有利于患者生活质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research and analysis of the serum testosterone level, penile blood flow and the safety of clinical treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction after dry acupuncture treatment.Method A total of 60 patients treated in the Department of endocrinology were selected as the research objects for statistical analysis. The patients were randomly divided into the study group(combined dry needle therapy with conventional drug treatment) and the control group(conventional drug treatment group), with 30 cases in each group. The treatment time of the two groups was 16 weeks. After the course of treatment, the serum testosterone level and blood flow of dorsal penile artery were statistically analyzed, and the data differences between the two groups were compared. In addition, the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results After treatment, the level of serum testosterone and the blood flow velocity of dorsal penile artery in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 75.67% and that of the control group was 66.67%.The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the first treatment, 33.33% of the patients in the observation group had local discomfort, and the patients in the control group had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Dry needling therapy on the basis of routine drug therapy for type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction patients can increase the serum testosterone level and blood flow velocity of the penis, improve the total effective rate, and is safe and reliable, which is conducive to the improvement of patients’ quality of life.更多还原
