低频力学谱测试仪光电变换器调零装置的改进设计

【摘要】 LMA-1型低频力学谱测试仪在内耗测试中,光电变换器的调零用时长、过程烦琐,严重影响了内耗的测试。本文设计了一个光电变换器的调零装置,将光电池的差动输出信号转换为脉冲信号,驱动步进电机调整光电变换器的位置,由此形成一个闭环负反馈,在没有上位机的控制下能实现光电变换器的快速自动调零。该装置运行平稳,调零用时短,减小了上位机的负担。利用Proteus软件对关键电路的仿真表明,脉冲信号能跟随光电变换器的位置变化,该调零装置的设计方案可行。

【Abstract】 Zero-adjustment for the photoelectric converter during the internal friction test with LMA-1 Low Frequency Mechanical Spectroscopy(LFMS) was tedious and delayed much time.It affected the internal friction test seriously.A zero-adjustment device was designed for the photoelectric converter.The differential output of the photocell was converted to pulse.The pulse drove the step motor to adjust the position of the photoelectric converter.Thus, a closed loop negative feedback was formed and the photoelectric converter could be driven back to the origin quickly and automatically without the control of the upper computer.This device can run smoothly and finish the zero-adjustment in a short time.The simulation results in Proteus show that the driving pulse could follow the position of the photoelectric converter and the design was practicable.
