【摘要】 目的 老年人是皮肤损伤的高发群体，护士对皮肤损伤的识别能力是有效护理的关键，如何提高护士的识别能力是一个研究重点。文章分析、比较52所医院中参研护士掌握老年人皮肤损伤知识现况和培训效果。方法 课题组对来自全国52所参与多中心研究医院的1067名参研护士先线上测评其皮肤损伤知识，再采用线上统一培训和组织受训护士在1 h内对20张皮肤损伤照片为题干的60个问题进行在线答题和提交。采用统计软件分析结果。结果 参研护士培训前得分(79.76±9.14)分，培训后得分(93.07±7.10)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),≥90分优秀率83.13%,较培训前提高了25.21%。其中三级医院护士得分明显高于二级医院(P<0.01)。结论 52所医院参研护士在培训前的皮肤损伤相关知识得分均偏低，线上培训可作为多中心研究中有效的同质化培训方法，能提升护士的相关知识水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The elderly are the people with high prevalence of skin injuries. The nurses’ identification ability of skin injuries is the key to effective nursing. To improve nurses’ identification ability is animportant research. The article aims to analyze and compare the current situation of identifying skin injuries and training effects among nurses in 52 hospitals. Methods A total of 1067 nurses from 52 hospitals in China have examined their skin injuries knowledge online firstly. After an online training, the nurses were requested to online answer 60 questions based on 20 skin injurys photos within 1 hour. Statistical software was used to analyze the results. Results The scores of nurses participating in the research before training were 79.76±9.14 and after training were 93.07±7.10. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The excellent rate of 90 points and more was 83.13%, which was 25.21% higher than that before training. The scores of nurses in tertiary hospitals were significantly higher than those in secondary hospitals(P<0.01). Conclusion The scores of skin injurys knowledge of nurses in 52 hospitals before training were low. Online training and assessment can be used as an effective homogeneous training method in multi center research, and is beneficial to improve the level of nurses’ related knowledge.更多还原
