中缝背核5-羟色胺能神经元在全身麻醉中的作用机制研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of 5-hydroxytryptaminergic neurons in dorsal raphe nucleus during general anesthesia
【摘要】 全身麻醉药应用于临床已有170余年,然而其作用的神经机制至今仍未完全阐明。中缝背核(DRN)的5-羟色胺(5-HT)能神经元在脑内投射广泛,与很多生理功能有关。新近研究发现,DRN的5-HT能神经元在全麻状态调节中起到重要作用。文章从神经机制的角度出发,就目前已明确的DRN的5-HT能神经元全身麻醉中的神经通路机制进行综述。
【Abstract】 Objective General anesthetics have been used clinically for over 170 years, but the neural mechanism of its action has not been fully elucidated so far. The 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) neurons in the dorsal raphe nucleus(DRN) project extensively in the brain and are related to many physiological functions. Recent studies have found that 5-HT neurons in DRN play a vital role in the regulation of general anesthesia. This article starts from neural network and reviews the neural pathway mechanism of 5-HT neurons in regulating general anesthesia.
