【摘要】 中国近代社会受到西方工业文明的影响，产生了很多新兴行业，铁路等相关行业也随之兴起并逐渐发展起来。以上海图书馆馆藏文献为依据，梳理1914—1937年间4次主要铁路服制条例中关于员工制服形制、色彩、质料、标识的规定，归纳出近代铁路制服形制从学生装转向中山装、弱化等级标识、强化性别区分等特点。研究认为这是近代思想解放及铁路制服顺应时代发展不断改良进步的结果，是近代中国社会变革的反映。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese modern society produced a lot of new industries, under the influence of western industrial civilization. Railway and other related industries were also rised and gradually developed. Based on the documents collected by Shanghai Library, this paper summarized the shape, color, material and logo of the uniforms in four major railway service regulations from 1914 to 1937. The characteristics of modern railway uniforms, such as changing from students’ clothing to Chinese tunic suit, weakening grade logo and strengthening gender distinction, were also studied. The study showed that this was the result of modern ideological emancipation and the improvement of railway uniforms in line with the development of the times. And It was also a reflection of the social changes in modern China.更多还原
