【摘要】 运用文献资料、调查研究等方法对新农村公共体育服务进行全面分析，以精准化发展理念考察乡村振兴战略发展攻坚阶段新农村公共体育服务开展状况、发展经验和精准化指导与发展路径，结合调查和实践成果提出新农村公共体育服务精准扶持与特色化发展。结果显示:农村公共体育服务在乡村振兴、精准扶贫战略和农民体育健身工程等政策支持下硬件环境已得到较大改善，能基本满足农民现阶段公共体育需求。农村公共体育服务人才队伍建设、发展环境、体育观念和技术支持等软件环境发展不足，社会支持和社会志愿者服务体系有待加强。精准化理念与经济社会协调发展的农村公共体育服务特色化和品牌化发展路径逐渐形成。结论:乡村振兴与新农村公共体育服务发展还需从政策支持、组织管理、信息共享、资源整合、社会支持、发展机制等方面进行精准扶持并不断优化发展路径，运用精准化理念构建农村公共体育特色化服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the Public Sports Service in the new rural areas by using the methods of literature,Investigation and research,to investigate the development situation,development experience,guidance and development path of new rural areas sports service in the development stage of rural revitalization strategy with the concept of precision development,based on the investigation and practice,the paper puts forward the precise support and characteristic development of public sports service in new rural areas. The results show that the hardware environment of rural public sports service has been greatly improved under the policy support of rural revitalization,precise poverty alleviation strategy and farmer sports and fitness project. The software environment of rural public sports service,such as team construction,development environment,sports concept and technical support,needs to be strengthened. The development path of the characteristic and brand of the rural public sports service,which is coordinated with the concept of precision and the economic and social development,has been gradually formed. Conclusion: The development of rural revitalization and public sports service in new rural areas still needs accurate support from policy support,organization and management,information sharing,resource integration,social support,development mechanism and so on,constructing the characteristic service system of rural public sports with the concept of precision.更多还原
