长白山区核桃楸在干旱林地的抗性响应
The Response of Juglans mandshurica in Changbai Mountain to Arid Woodland
【摘要】 通过对长白山区核桃楸的成活率和树形指数在干旱林地的响应分析,以期为山西省抗性核桃楸品种开发提供重要依据。以长白山区核桃楸为研究对象,将其栽植在山西省太行山国有林管理局东山实验林场、太原市东部的庄子上村,通过对成活率和树形指数(地径、树高、叶宽、叶长指标)分析,探讨抗寒核桃楸对干旱林地的适应特征。3个种源地核桃楸在试验地的平均成活率是94.91%,在太行山国有林管理局东山实验林场成活率是98.61%,在庄子上村是93.06%。庄子上村栽植的露水河种源,成活率为95.83%。成活率最低的是庄子上村栽植的红石种源,成活率为90.28%。地径、树高、叶宽和叶长对干旱林地的响应不同,最大地径是太行山国有林管理局东山实验林场栽植的辉南种源核桃楸,第一枝下树高最高是红石种源,叶宽和叶长最大值分别为5月的红石种源(11.70 cm、15.80 cm)、6月的露水河种源(13.70 cm、19.10 cm)。地径、叶宽、叶长指数,辉南、红石、露水河种源间没有差异;5月的第一枝下树高、带叶树高指数,红石种源与露水河种源差异显著(P=0.003,P≤0.05;P=0.008,P≤0.05);6月的第一枝下树高,红石种源显著高于辉南种源和露水河种源(P=0.012,P≤0.05;P=0.05,P≤0.05)。5月地径、5月第一枝下树高、5月带叶树高、5月叶长、6月第一枝下树高有较大载荷。
【Abstract】 The responses of the survival rate and the tree shape index of Juglans mandshurica in Changbai Mountain to arid woodland were analysed to supply an important basis for the development of resistant Juglans mandshurica varieties in Shanxi Province. Taking Juglans mandshurica in Changbai Mountain as the research object, it was planted in Dongshan Experimental Forest Farm of Taihang Mountain State-owned Forest Adminastration Bureau of Shanxi Province and Zhuangzishang Village in the east of Taiyuan City. The survival rate and tree shape indexes such as ground diameter, tree height, leaf width and leaf length were adopted to discuss the adaptive characteristics of cold-resistant Juglans mandshurica to arid woodland. The average survival rate of Juglans mandshurica of the three provenances in the experimental site was 94.91 %. The survival rate of Juglans mandshurica in Dongshan Experimental Forest Farm of Taihang Mountain State-owned Forest Adminastration Bureau was 98.61 % and that in Zhuangzishang Village was 93.06 %. The survival rate of Juglans mandshurica of Lushuihe provenance planted in Zhuangzishang Village was 95.83 %. The survival rate of Juglans mandshurica of Hongshi provenance planted in Zhuangzishang Village was 90.28 % that was the lowest. The responses of ground diameter, tree height, leaf width and leaf length to arid woodland were different. The ground diameter of Juglans mandshurica of Huinan provenance planted in Dongshan Experimental Forest Farm of Taihang Mountain State-owned Forest Adminastration Bureau was the largest. The tree height under the first branch of Juglans mandshurica of Hongshi provenance was the highest. In May, the leaf width and leaf length of Juglans mandshurica of Hongshi provenance were the maximum(11.70 cm, 15.80 cm). In June, those of Lushuihe provenance were the maximum(13.70 cm, 19.10 cm). There were no differences in ground diameter, leaf width and leaf length of Huinan provenance, Hongshi provenance and Lushuihe provenance. In May, there was significantly difference in tree height under the first branch and tree height with leaf of Hongshi provenance and Lushuihe provenance(P=0.003, P ≤0.05; P=0.008, P ≤0.05). In June, tree height under the first branch of Hongshi provenance was significantly higher than that of Huinan provenance and Lushuihe provenance(P=0.012, P ≤0.05; P=0.05, P ≤0.05). Ground diameter in May, tree height under the first branch in May, tree height with leaf in May, leaf length in May, tree height under the first branch in June had greater load.
