【Abstract】 The quantity balance and type adaptation of resource supply and demand at the professional level are the material basis for college students to obtain high-quality satisfaction of their major choice needs. The coordinated promotion of supply reform and demand management is the only way to realize the dynamic balance and adaptation of supply and demand. Aiming at the practical problems faced by the students in the quantity, type and structure of major selection, this paper puts forward the improvement path from three aspects: improving the students’ s choice consciousness and ability, clarifying the misunderstanding of choice concept and behavior, strengthening education risk education and demand guidance.更多还原
