【Abstract】 The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the key to improving independent innovation capabilities and building an innovative country, and is an important part of implementing the strategy of strengthening the country with talents. In 2015,the state issued a "Double First Class" overall construction plan, and the training of top-notch innovative talents was clearly included in the plan.
