【Abstract】 College Students’ moral education has always been one of the important tasks of the party and the state’s education. It is particularly necessary to study and issue a set of evaluation mechanism of College Students’ moral cultivation in line with the reality of running Colleges and universities. The evaluation of Undergraduates’ moral cultivation is a summary of the ideological and moral cultivation of Undergraduates in a school year. The evaluation mechanism of moral cultivation of university students should be guided by Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in China’s new era, and adhere to the basic task of moral education, combining qualitative and quantitative, documentary and educational evaluation, democracy and organization, on the basis of fairness and openness.
