轻量化高强钢激光拼焊板热成形性能试验及仿真研究
Experimental and simulation research on hot forming properties of lightweight high strength laser tailored sheets
【摘要】 研究了高温下拼焊板与母材的流变力学行为,将拼焊板母材与带有焊缝的拼焊板切割成拉伸试件,焊缝方向垂直于拉伸方向。试件在600~800℃分别以0.01,0.05和0.10s-1的应变速率进行等温单向拉伸实验,得到相应实验条件下的真应力-应变曲线。采用井上胜郎本构方程模型描述了流变应力方程,该模型能准确描述不同变形条件下的流变应力-应变曲线,与实验数据吻合度较好。通过ABAQUS进行盒型件的热成形仿真,并对拼焊板成形性进行研究。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the rheological mechanical behavior of tailor welded blanks and base metal at high temperature is studied.The base metal of tailor welded blanks and tailor welded blanks with welds are cut into tensile specimens,and the weld direction is perpendicular to the tensile direction.The specimens were subjected to isothermal uniaxial tensile tests at strain rates of 0.01,0.05 and 0.10s-1 in the temperature range of 600~ 800 ℃,respectively,and the true stress-strain curves under corresponding experimental conditions were obtained.The rheological stress equation is described by Yoshiro Inoue constitutive equation model.The model can accurately describe the rheological stress-strain curve under different deformation conditions,which is in good agreement with the experimental data.The formability of tailor welded blanks(TWBs)was studied by ABAQUS hot forming simulation.
