基于UPLC-Q-TOF/MSE技术的银花泌炎灵片提取液全成分分析
Analysis of total components of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets based on UPLC-Q-TOF/MS
【摘要】 目的 全面了解银花泌炎灵片的化学成分。方法 采用超高效液相色谱与四极杆-飞行时间串联质谱联用技术(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS~E)和UNIFI天然产物分析平台,对银花泌炎灵片提取液开展化学成分的快速、全面分析与鉴定。结果 结合各成分二级质谱分析和有关化合物的文献,总共鉴定了61个化学成分。结论 运用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS~E方法能快速、准确研究银花泌炎灵片成分,为其谱效关系、筛选药物化学成分靶点提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets. Methods UPLC-Q-TOF/MS~E and UNIFI platform were used to analyze and identify the chemical constituents of Yinhua Miyanling Tablets. Results A total of 61 chemical components were identified by secondary mass spectrometry and related literatures. Conclusion UPLC-Q-TOF/MS~E method can quickly and accurately study the components of Yinhua Biyanling tablets, and provide a new idea for its spectrum effect relationship and screening the target of drug chemical components.
