【摘要】 基于人口老龄化与疫情常态化的社会环境，本文探索适老化住宅入户空间防疫功能设计的方法。通过问卷调查和用户访谈，分析当前适老化住宅入户空间防疫功能的现状和存在的问题，提出了适老化住宅入户空间防疫功能设计的方法模型；将适老化住宅入户空间防疫功能设计方法分为：明确使用主体、设定防疫层次、设计防疫情节、实现设计目的四大步骤，并分析了其不同步骤的基本内容和相互作用；结合老旧住宅的设计实践案例，归纳与总结了适老化设计与入户空间防疫功能设计的方法与规律；以防疫功能设计为切入点，以适老化为主题，以入户空间为载体，为医养结合在住宅设计领域的拓展提供了依据和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the social environment of population aging and long-term fight against the pandemic, this paper explores the design method of pandemic prevention function in the entry space of elderly-friendly residential buildings. Through questionnaire survey and user interview, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the pandemic prevention function of the entry space of elderly-friendly houses, and puts forward the design method of the pandemic prevention function of the entry space of elderly-friendly houses; The design method of pandemic prevention function of elderly-friendly residential entry space is divided into four steps: clarifying the user, setting the pandemic prevention level, designing the pandemic prevention plot and realizing the design purpose, and the basic contents and interaction of the different steps are analyzed; Combined with the design practice cases of old houses, this paper summarizes the methods and rules of elderly-friendly design and pandemic prevention function design of entry space; Taking pandemic prevention function design as the starting point, aging adaptation as the theme and entry space as the carrier,it provides a basis and reference for the expansion of the combination of medical care and nursing in the field of residential design.更多还原
