【摘要】 市民的幸福感是在一定范围内，全体市民根据其价值判断标准和主观偏好对自身生活水平和状况做出的综合评价。市民幸福感的强弱是通过比较判断形成的主观感受，但需要政府相关部门构建相应的体系，为市民幸福感的提升提供保障，才能合理引导并改善市民的社会心态。以渭南市为例，从和谐民主的视角构建市民的幸福感体系，就能在稳定的环境中提升幸福感，在民主氛围中品味城市文明，在关注民生方向中塑造市民的和谐心态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Citizens’ happiness is within a certain range. All the citizens will make a comprehensive evaluation on their living standards and the present condition according to their value judgment standard and subjective preference. The degree of citizens’ happiness is a subjective feeling formed by comparative judgment, but needs the relevant government departments to build the corresponding system in order to provide protection for the improvement of citizens’ happiness and thus can reasonably guide and improve the social mentality of citizens. Taking Weinan as an example, one can construct citizens’ happiness system from the view of harmonious democracy in order to promote happiness in a stable environment, taste urban civilization in a democratic atmosphere and shape citizens’ harmonious mentality in the direction of people’s livelihood.更多还原
