【摘要】 消费对于中国经济增长的作用不断放大，相比于城市地区消费已趋于饱和，农村地区有着巨大的消费潜力。有学者对城市地区低保制度对消费的影响进行了研究，研究表明城市地区低保制对消费有着显著的改善作用。为了考察农村地区低保制度对消费的影响，研究采取Charls的数据并构建多元回归模型，实证结果表明，农村地区低保制度对消费产生抑制作用，基于研究结论并结合农村地区情况及低保制度所存在的缺陷，提出相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Consumption plays an increasingly important role in China’s economic growth. Compared with the saturation of consumption in urban areas, rural areas have huge consumption potential. Some scholars have studied the impact of the subsistence allowance system in urban areas on consumption, and the research shows that the subsistence allowance system in urban areas has a significant improvement effect on consumption. In order to investigate the impact of the subsistence allowance system in rural areas on consumption, research adopts Charls data and constructs a multiple regression model. Empirical results show that the subsistence allowance system in rural areas has an inhibitory effect on consumption. Based on this research conclusion and combined with the situation in rural areas and the defects of subsistence allowance system, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.更多还原
