基于网络文本分析的美食街区游客感知研究——以西安永兴坊为例
Study on Tourist Perception of Food Block Based on Internet Text Analysis—— Take Yongxing Square in Xi’an as an Example
【摘要】 美食街区是小吃街发展的高级形态,体验美食是旅游行程中的重要部分,也是游客感知的一种重要方式。以西安永兴坊作为案例,采用网络文本分析法,探析永兴坊非遗美食街区的游客感知特征。研究表明,游客感知集中在美食享受、休闲娱乐、回味历史等方面,游客正面感知大于负面感知,但在美食创新、娱乐体验等方面存在消极情绪。针对街区存在的问题,提出发展夜间非遗演艺、创新娱乐体验项目、挖掘美食文化、建设品牌餐饮等建议,以期促进城市发展。
【Abstract】 The food street area is the advanced form of the development of the snack street.Experience delicious food is an important part of the travel journey and also an important way for tourists to perceive.Taking Xi’an Yongxing Square as a case,the online text analysis method is used to explore the tourist perception characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage Food Street area of Yongxing Square.The studies show that tourists’ perception is focused on food enjoyment,leisure and entertainment,aftertaste history,etc.,and tourists’ positive perception is greater than the negative perception,but there are negative emotions in the aspects of food innovation and cultural inheritance.In view of the problems existing in the block,we put forward suggestions to develop night intangible cultural heritage performing arts,excavate food culture,and build brand catering,so as to promote urban development.
