【摘要】 新一代数字技术的快速发展,颠覆了传统企业的价值创造方式。企业如何通过识别自身优势和劣势,投身于商业模式创新中,成为学术界研究热点。数字动态能力是在动态能力研究基础之上,融合当前数字化背景提出来的新理念。所以,通过将数字动态能力作为企业商业模式创新的核心能力,理清其与商业模式创新的关系,运用SPSS24.0和AMOS26.0对刻意学习、数字动态能力和商业模式创新关系进行实证研究。研究表明,刻意学习、数字动态能力均有助于企业商业模式创新,并且数字动态能力三个维度起到部分中介的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of new generation digital technology has subverted the value creation mode of traditional enterprises. How to identify their own strengths and weaknesses and devote themselves to business model innovation has become a research hotspot in the academic community. Digital dynamic capability is a new concept put forward on the basis of dynamic capability research and integrating the current digital background. Therefore, by taking digital dynamic capability as the core capability of enterprise business model innovation, clarify its relationship with business model innovation, and use SPSS24.0 and AMOS26.0, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between deliberate learning, digital dynamic capability and business model innovation. The research shows that deliberate learning and digital dynamic capability contribute to the innovation of enterprise business model, and the three dimensions of digital dynamic capability play a partial intermediary role.更多还原
