【摘要】 创业可以激发市场的竞争效应。一方面,具有一定技术优势的新创企业进入市场可以迫使在位企业突破"在位者惰性",提升整个产业的技术水平和创新能力,从而促进产业结构升级;另一方面,新创企业进入市场,迫使在位企业改进生产,淘汰低效率企业提升整个产业劳动生产率,从而促进产业结构升级。采用我国2000—2019年30个省份的面板数据,对创业水平和产业结构升级之间的关系做了实证检验。检验结果表明,一般型创业不能促进产业结构升级,创新型创业对产业结构合理化的作用不显著,但能够显著促进产业结构高度化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurship stimulates the market competition mechanism.For one thing,start-up companies that enter the market with certain technological advantages can encourage incumbent firms to overcome“Incumbent Inertia”,improve the technical level and innovation ability of the entire industry,and thereby promote the upgrading of industrial structure.For another,the entry of start-up companies into the market forces the incumbents to improve production,eliminate low-efficiency enterprises and raise the labor productivity of the entire industry,and thereby promotes the upgrading of the industrial structure.In this paper,we use the data from 30 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions of China from 2000 to 2019 to do empirical tests on the relationship between entrepreneurial level and industrial structure upgrading.The test results show that noninnovative entrepreneurship does not promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Innovative entrepreneurship has no significant effect on the rationalization of industrial structure,but it significantly promotes the level of industrial structure supererogation.更多还原
