【摘要】 跨境电商作为一种新兴的“互联网+进出口贸易”业务形式，在顺应经济全球化和科技革命的时代潮流下不断蓬勃发展。物流作为跨境电商的重要环节之一，在发展过程中面临了如何选择合适的物流模式的问题。通过对影响江西省跨境电商物流模式选取的主要因素进行归纳和完善，运用层次分析法(AHP)，对江西的物流配送管理模式进行量化实证研究。结果表明：“专线物流+海外仓”相结合的物流模式是能满足江西省跨境电商发展的物流模式。江西省应加强物流的创新实力，发展智能化、数字化物流体系，组合物流模式，建立稳固的人才队伍，从而促进江西跨境电商的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an emerging business form of "Internet + import and export trade", cross-border e-commerce has been booming under the tide of economic globalization and scientific and technological revolution. As one of the important links of cross-border e-commerce,logistics faces the problem of how to choose the appropriate logistics mode in the development process. Inducting and improving the main factors affecting the selection of cross-border e-commerce logistics mode in Jiangxi province, the logistics distribution management mode in Jiangxi province is quantitatively and empirically studied by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The results show that the combined logistics mode of "special line logistics + overseas warehouse" can satisfy the development of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangxi province. The government should strengthen the innovative strength of logistics, develop intelligent and digital logistics system,combine logistics mode and establish a stable talent team, so as to promote the development of Jiangxi cross-border e-commerce.更多还原
