【摘要】 在经济高质量发展背景下,从地方政府债务和金融效率视角研究经济开放度的驱动机制具有重要意义。本文将地方政府债务水平、金融效率和经济开放度引入内生经济增长模型中进行理论分析,采用地级市面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型实证检验了地方政府债务水平、金融效率对经济开放度的影响。研究发现:地方政府债务水平与金融效率对本地区经济开放度有显著的正向直接效应,对周边地区有显著的空间溢出效应,且空间溢出效应大于直接效应;二者的交互作用对本地区经济开放度有显著的负向直接效应,但对周边地区的空间溢出效应不显著。本文为研究经济开放度的影响因素提供了新的角度,并提出政策启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great significance to explore the driving mechanism of economic openness from the perspective of local government debt and financial efficiency in the context of high-quality economic development.This paper integrates the local government debt, financial efficiency and economic openness into the endogenous economic growth model for theoretical analysis, uses prefecture-level city panel data, and uses the Spatial Dubin Model to empirically test the impact of local government debt and financial efficiency on the economy openness.The results show that local government debt and financial efficiency have significant positive direct effect on the economic openness of the region, and a significant spatial spillover effect on the surrounding area, and the spatial spillover effect is greater than the direct effect; the interaction between the local government debt and financial efficiency has significantly negative direct effect on the regional economic openness, but no significantly spatial spillover effect on the surrounding areas.This paper provides a new perspective for studying the influencing factors of economic openness and proposes policy enlightenment.更多还原
