【摘要】 创新型城市是创新型国家建设的重要支柱，建设创新型城市是推进国家创新体系建设的关键环节，提高城市创新能力是建设创新型国家的迫切要求。文章选取河北省11个市，在调研河北省创新型城市和创新型县（市、区）分布情况的基础上，进一步分析创新型城市中企业、高校、科研院所等创新主体的研发现状，针对原始创新能力弱、县域产业布局少、顶层设计不够等问题，提出建立多元化投入体系、吸引京津创新资源、建设高水平创新平台等方面的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The innovation-oriented city is the carrier unit of the innovation-oriented country, constructing the innovation-oriented city is a key link in advancing the construction of national innovation system, and improving city innovation capacity is an urgent need for building innovation-oriented countries. Selecting several prefecture level cities in Hebei Province as the research object, this paper further analyzes the research and development status of enterprises, universities, institutes and other innovative subjects in innovative cities based on the survey of the distribution of innovative cities and innovative counties(cities and districts) in Hebei Province. Aiming at such problems as weak original innovation ability, less layout of intra-county industry, and insufficient top-level design, this paper puts forward countermeasures suggestions of establishing pluralistic input system, attracting innovative resources in Beijing and Tianjin, and constructing the high-level innovation platforms.更多还原
