【摘要】 在国家大力推进乡村旅游发展背景下，民宿业逐渐成为乡村旅游领域研究的热点话题。近年来乡村民宿发展势头强劲，在乡村旅游发展中优化资源、盘活经济、转型升级等方面发挥着重要作用。文章采用文献研究、资料分析等方法，梳理国内外民宿相关研究成果及我国民宿的发展进程，界定了乡村民宿的定义，分析我国乡村民宿发展在经营、融资、文化、生态等方面存在的一系列问题，并提出应围绕新市场需求，以创新经营为理念、人文情怀为核心、绿色生态为原则、创新营销为手段、有效融资为保障的针对性乡村民宿发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of vigorously promoting the development of rural tourism, homestay industry has gradually become a hot topic in the field of rural tourism. In recent years, the development of rural homestay has a strong momentum, playing an important role in optimizing resources, revitalizing economy and transformation and upgrading in the development of rural tourism. By adopting literature research, data analysis, etc., this paper sorts out the homestay research findings at home and abroad, and the development process of homestay in China, defines the rural homestay, analyzes a series of problems existing in the management, financing, culture, ecology, etc. of the rural homestay development in China, and puts forward targeted proposals for the rural homestay development with innovative opearion as the philosophy, humanistic feelings as the core, green ecology as the principle, innovative marketing as the means, and effective financing as the guarantee.更多还原
