【Abstract】 The introduction of philosophy of Boye′ teaching and learning scholarship promoted the regression of the ontologil function of teaching. The development of teaching scholarship requires the establishment of an open academic platform for teachers′ and students′ participation in the teaching of communication and reflection: teaching academic community. However, the marginalization of teaching and learning scholarship, the neglect of the status of students and the formalization of teaching team construction, discipline and so on, have become the problem of the community construction of teaching and learning scholarship.The community construction of teaching and learning scholarship should regard teachers and students as the main subjects and absorb the extensive participation of teaching management departments and educational experts. It is necessary to improve the organizational security and system guarantee of the education of teaching and learning scholarship as well as implement the interactive teaching and learning community operation mechanism.更多还原
