高校教学学术共同体建设的现实困境与思考
Realistic dilemma and reflections on community construction of teaching and learning scholarship
【摘要】 博耶提出的教学学术理念促进了教学本体性功能的回归。教学学术的发展需要建立一个师生平等参与的教学交流、反思和公开的学术平台——教学学术共同体。然而,目前教学学术的边缘化、对学生主体地位的忽视,以及教学团队建设形式化、学科本位化等成为教学学术共同体建设需要直面的问题。教学学术共同体建设应以教师和学生为主体,并吸纳教学管理部门及教育专家的广泛参与,健全与完善教学学术的组织保障与制度保障,实施互动型的教学学术共同体运行机制。
【Abstract】 The introduction of philosophy of Boye′ teaching and learning scholarship promoted the regression of the ontologil function of teaching. The development of teaching scholarship requires the establishment of an open academic platform for teachers′ and students′ participation in the teaching of communication and reflection: teaching academic community. However, the marginalization of teaching and learning scholarship, the neglect of the status of students and the formalization of teaching team construction, discipline and so on, have become the problem of the community construction of teaching and learning scholarship.The community construction of teaching and learning scholarship should regard teachers and students as the main subjects and absorb the extensive participation of teaching management departments and educational experts. It is necessary to improve the organizational security and system guarantee of the education of teaching and learning scholarship as well as implement the interactive teaching and learning community operation mechanism.
