【Abstract】 In the context of the new era, with the promulgation of important national development plans such as “Internet +”, “the Belt and Road”, “Rural Revitalization” and the “long-term goal for 2035”, China has entered a new development period. Due to the continuous upgrading of industrial structure adjustment, all industries are in urgent need of more professional and technical talents. Therefore, the value of vocational education has become increasingly prominent. For local vocational colleges, there is an urgent need to improve their social service functions to meet the needs of high-quality local economic development for professional and technical personnel. Due to the improvement of domestic educational mechanism and the further development of educational reform, social and economic development has put forward higher requirements for talent quality, and vocational education has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life.
