基于黄金圈法则的大学生构建“建立求职网络”主题课程教学设计

【摘要】 基于黄金圈法则的逻辑思路,并以社会资本理论、弱关系的力量和六度空间理论的基本观点为支撑,构建“建立求职网络”课程教学设计。分析人脉求职原因、建立求职网络和拓展有效人脉资源的教学大纲和课程体系,聚焦通过课堂活动训练来增强学生的体验感与领悟度,旨在促进大学毕业生特别是低收入家庭大学生群体合理使用人脉资源、科学提升求职效能。

【Abstract】 The course of "establishing job-hunting network" was designed based on Gold Circle rule and supported by the basic ideas of theories of social capital,the strength of weak ties and six degrees of separation.The teaching syllabus was constructed with analyzing the value of job-hunting network,establishing job-hunting network and expanding effective network resources.The curriculum system focused on training through class activities to enhance students’ experience and comprehension,aimed at promoting college graduates,especially low-income students groups to develop their network resources reasonably and improve their job-hunting efficiency scientifically.
