【Abstract】 In terms of student employment,universities,enterprises and students have their own needs and difficulties.The education work of universities,the recruitment of employers and the career development of students affect and promote each other.From the perspective of field theory,we can build an employment oriented university-enterprise cooperation model with positive promotion and internal circulation.Through two university-enterprise cooperation ties and eight university-enterprise cooperation projects,we can realize the mutual promotion of universities,enterprises and students,improve the quality of talent training in universities,provide high-quality human resources supply for employers,and promote students’ career planning and career development,realize the win-win of multiple elements in the field.更多还原
