【摘要】 民事诉讼法是高职院校法律专业必修的一门实践性、操作性极强的应用型课程。传统民事诉讼法教学重视理论知识的传授，不利于学生实践能力的培养。为解决教学理念陈旧、实践教学形式单一、学生学习积极性不高等问题，授课老师在民事诉讼法教学中应践行理实一体化模式，从更新教学理念、创新实践教学形式、滋养学生好奇心、科学研制教材等多维度推行民事诉讼法教学改革，切实提高民事诉讼法课堂教学效果和学生的实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Civil Procedure Law is a practical and highly operable applied course required for law major in higher vocational colleges.The traditional teaching of civil procedure law attaches great importance to the teaching of theoretical knowledge,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ practical ability.In order to solve the problems of outdated teaching concepts,single practical teaching form,and low enthusiasm for students to learn,teachers should practice the integration of theory and practice in teaching,from updating teaching concepts,innovating practical teaching forms,nourishing students’ curiosity,and scientific developing teaching materials to implement the civil procedure law teaching reform,and improve the effectiveness of civil procedure law classroom teaching and students’ practical ability.更多还原
