【摘要】 2019年US News调整了高校排名的评估指标,这一调整既影响高校资源投放决定,还影响政府公共决策。未来US News需要在评估指标上继续调整,修订社会阶层流动性指标、专家意见指标,加强对数据的确认,减少指标的可操作性,进一步充实指标。我国高校排名评估工作要确保指标的发展性,对评估指标进行标准化处理,评估指标要重视投入、过程与产出。评估指标设计要兼顾本土需求与国际潮流,要把评估指标视作参照系而非指挥棒。更多还原

【Abstract】 US News changed evaluation index of university ranking in 2019,which will have an impact on the resource allocation decisions of colleges and governmental policies. It’s necessary for US News to continue adjusting on the evaluation index in the future,such as perfecting social mobility and expert opinion,increasing data confirmation,decreasing data operability,and enriching standards. The evaluation index of university ranking in China should ensure the development of index,standardize the evaluation index,pay attention to input,process and output,emphasize both localization and global trends in the design of evaluation index,treat evaluation index as references but not as a baton.更多还原
