【摘要】 目的 探讨Chevron和Akin截骨结合改良软组织平衡治疗中度拇外翻的疗效。方法 选择安徽医科大学附属亳州医院2019年1月～2020年9月收治的中度踇外翻26例患者，采用Chevron和Akin截骨结合改良软组织平衡法治疗中度拇外翻，观察患者足踝关节功能恢复情况、焦虑情绪变化及手术疗效。结果 手术后12个月的HVA度数、IMA度数均比手术前下降，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。与手术前相比，患者手术12个月后的AO-FAS评分增高，GAD-7评分降低，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。所有患者的术后疗效优良率为100.0%，无严重并发症发生，仅有1例出现趾背侧皮肤感觉稍减退。结论Chevron和Akin截骨结合改良软组织平衡治疗中度拇外翻的疗效较好，能促进患者足踝关节功能恢复，改善焦虑情绪，并发症发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chevron and Akin osteotomy combined with modified soft tissue balance in the treatment of moderate and severe hallux valgus.Methods twenty-six patients with moderate and severe hallux valour admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected.Chevron and Akin osteotomy combined with modified soft tissue balance method were used to treat moderate and severe hallux valour,and the recovery of ankle joint function,changes of anxiety and surgical efficacy were observed.Results HVA and IMA levels 12 months after operation were lower than those before operation,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Compared with before surgery,AO-FAS score increased and GAD-7 score decreased 12months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The excellent and good postoperative efficacy rate of all patients was 100.0%,and no serious complications occurred,only 2 cases had slightly decreased skin sensation on dorsal toe.Conclusion Chevron and Akin osteotomy combined with modified soft tissue balance is effective for moderate and severe hallux valgus,which can promote ankle function recovery,improve anxiety and lower complication rate.更多还原
