【摘要】 目的 探讨一体化信息化评估、预警标识和标准化固定(information evaluation-warning signs-standardized fixation, IWF)的管路安全管理模式对降低住院患者非计划性拔管、保证患者留置导管安全的实施效果。方法 成立策略小组，构建一体化IWF管路安全管理流程工作方案并应用实施。结果 经过3年的临床实践，在住院患者留置导管日比例增加的情况下，非计划性拔管发生率较干预措施实施前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 一体化IWF管路安全管理方案的实施，有效降低了住院患者非计划性拔管的发生率，保障了其留置导管期间的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of integrated information evaluation-warning signs-standardized fixation(IWF) mode on reducing the unplanned extubation(UEX) of inpatients and ensuring the safety of indent catheter.Methods A strategy team was formed to define work plan and apply integrated IWF pipeline safety management process implementation scheme.Results After 3 years of clinical practice, the incidence of UEX was significantly lower than that before the implementation of intervention although the daily proportion of indwelling catheter in inpatients increased(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of integrated IWF pipeline safety management scheme effectively reduces the incidence of UEX and ensures the safety of inpatients during catheter indwelling.更多还原
