【摘要】 目的 制订混合痔患者术后疼痛灾难化管理策略并探讨其实施效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取桂林市某三级甲等医院2020年1-8月收治的110例混合痔术后患者为对照组，实施常规疼痛管理；2020年9月至2021年4月收治的106例患者为观察组，成立疼痛管理小组，实施疼痛灾难化管理策略，评价并比较两组患者的疼痛管理及康复相关指标。结果 干预后，观察组疼痛灾难评分低于对照组，创面水肿评分及水肿消退时间、尿潴留、排便困难等情况均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 实施疼痛灾难化管理策略，可有效改善混合痔患者的疼痛灾难化水平，促进患者有效康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop the postoperative pain catastrophizing management strategy for patients with mixed hemorrhoids and explore its application effects.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 110 patients after mixed hemorrhoids operation in a tertiary hospital in Guilin from January to August, 2020 as the control group, which received routine pain management; 106 patients from September, 2020 to April, 2021 as the observation group, receiving postoperative pain catastrophizing management strategy from a pain management group.Relevant indicators of pain management and rehabilitation were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the pain catastrophizing score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; the conditions of wound edema score, edema resolution time, urinary retention and defecation difficulty in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Implementation of the postoperative pain catastrophizing management strategy can effectively relieve the pain catastrophizing level of patients with mixed hemorrhoids and promote effective rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
