水韧处理对含钨耐磨锰钢组织、性能的影响

【摘要】 利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜分析以及力学性能检测,探讨了水韧温度从920℃到1050℃变化对含钨高锰钢组织、性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:1050℃水韧处理后,这种新型高锰钢的综合力学性能最好,硬度为202HB,冲击韧性值为168J/m~2,其在0.5 J冲击工况下耐磨性能最好,表面磨损形貌主要由犁沟组成。

【Abstract】 The effects of water toughness temperature from 920℃ to 1050℃ on the microstructure, properties and wear resistance of tungsten-containing high manganese steel were investigated by metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy analysis and mechanical property testing. The results show that, after 1050℃ water toughness treatment, the comprehensive mechanical properties of this tungsten-containing high manganese steel are the best. The hardness is 202HB, the impact toughness is 168J/cm-2. The wear resistance is the best in impact condition under 0.5J, and the surface wear morphology is mainly composed of furrows.
